TRICKS TO KICK AWAY THE STRESS FROM YOUR LIFE

                                            Now-a-days, stress became very common in our lives. We think many times the reasons for stress is the work load, lack of time management, tensions, dead lines etc. Many times we think only about the problems but not about the solutions for those problem. We can handle all those problems well if we spend sometime per day. Spending sometime every  day to kick away the stress from our lives is very much necessary for us.
                                           Stress consumes our efficiency, intelligence and sometimes our relationships too.        Stress spoils our health. Sometimes, stress increases our blood pressure and sometimes can also lead to heart-attack. Due to stress, we will suffer from headache very frequently.
                                          But, it is in our hands to get out of that stress. If  we think and if we dedicate sometime to eliminate stress from our life, definitely we can give send-off to this stress- our biggest enemy. Try these steps and see the amazing results in the life.
TRICKS TO STRESS-RELIEF:
1. Wake up early in the morning. Watch sunrise, really its so beautiful and its a wonderful scene. It gives us energy to do the work whole day. Try it.
2. Listen to your favourite music. The music or songs should be very pleasant and energetic. Songs should be motivating and inspiring. For example: Its my life, man in the mirror, we are the champions etc. Block your mind and give yourself to that music. New energy generates in you and stress says good-bye to you.
3. Read self-help book at least for 15 minutes. Books  like A Monk who sold his Ferrari, Think and Grow rich, Power of your sub-conscious mind, The Secret etc. Read self-help books and get motivated from those. Motivation is a great enemy to stress.
4. Paste beautiful and pleasant sceneries to the wall of your room. Feel the pleasantness of those sceneries.
5. Manage the time. Plan your schedule. Stick to it. Your schedule must be flexible. It should also consist the time which gives you entertainment.
6. Never postpone the work. Do today's work today itself. If Sun or Earth stops revolving, imagine what would be the situation. Sun,Planets, Moon never takes rest and never postpones their work. Be a star in your life. Forget postponing. Do the work before the deadline.  Postponing doubles the work and there will be no efficiency in your work.
7. Dedicate a day per week for yourself. Enjoy half day with family or friends. Rest of the day just follow your heart. Do what your heart says. Do the things which makes your work more productive in the entire week by relaxing your mind.Those things should be like playing with friends, learning something according to your passion, the things which you like to do most and which you are postponing from a long time.
8. Read comic books. It seems funny but smile relaxs you. Surround yourself with the people who laughs mostly and who makes others to laugh. Enjoy the jokes. Laugh freely.
9. First,complete the work which troubles you a lot. This really relaxs you to great extent.
10. Medidate daily in the morning atleast for 15 minutes. Close your eyes.Take deep breathe and imagine yourself that your mind and body is relaxing completely. See the pleasant scenary or the situation which makes you happy or the person whom you love most. This makes your mind peaceful.
                                       Follow these tips and relax yourself. Your work becomes more productive and efficient. Don't allow the stress to consume you completely. Before that, kick it off from your life. ALL THE BEST FRIENDS........
